11:45-12:00 Meet and Greet/ Equipment Set-up
12:00-12:15 Gentle Stretch/ Warm-up
12:30-12:45 Seated Strength with Light Weights
1:00-1:15 Walking Plus Strength (indoor)
1:20-1:35 Tai Chi Inspired Cool Down for Balance & Stability
1:35-1:45 Return Equipment/Clean-up
1:45-2:00 'Relax-A-Bit' with your classmates.
