About the event
High Intensity Interval Training is the most efficient way to burn calories, strengthen your heart, and improve muscular strength and endurance. Participants will engage in a variety of creative exercises that target every muscle in the body…including the heart! In this Tabata style HIIT class, you work as hard as you can for 20 seconds and then enjoy 10 seconds of rest. No weights necessary for this Body Weight Only Fitness Class! We will go through and repeat four rounds of four exercises followed by a mobility exercise and quick passage from the Psalms between each round.
This class is intended to be moderate to challenging. Modifications will be provided, however basic exercise experience is strongly encouraged. This class will contain exercises that go to the ground.
