12:00 - 12:15 Gentle Stretch / Warm-up
12:30 - 12:45 Seated Strength with Light Weights
1:00 - 1:15 Walking Plus Strength (indoor)
1:20 - 1:35 Tai Chi Inspired Cool Down for Balance & Stability
1:35 - 1:45 Retrun Equipment / Clean-up
1:45 - 2:00 'Relax-A-Bit' with your classmates.
