Day 20
READ: Daniel and the scary sleepover: Daniel and the Lions den, from Daniel 6, p.152-159.
ACTIVITY: Make some praying hands. Trace your own or find some online that you can print and color. Shape or make model hands out of clay or playdough. Put the hands somewhere in your room to remind you to pray to God everyday just like Daniel.
For older children: Make a prayer journal to write prayers to God or use Praying in Color.
ORNAMENT IDEAS: A lion, stuffed, plastic, picture, etc. or use the praying hands made in the activity.
This ornament reminds us that God has a rescue plan for us.
