Help others experience the wonder of the Christmas Story
Our "Journey Through A Living Nativity" has been one of our most impactful outreaches to our community! ​Your partnership with us makes this event a success and we could not have done it without all of you.
Below you will find a list of cast member, hospitality, and set-up possibilities for all ages! You can sign the whole family up at once using any of the "sign-up" forms below.
Hospitality Opportunities
Indoor Hospitality Team
Assists cast members in and out of cast changes.

Parking Lot Hospitality Team
Hand out welcome instructions and CD's and kids bags.
​
Outdoor Hospitality Teams
Hand out hot cocoa & juice boxes to guest cars or
thank guests for coming and hand out additional invite items.
​
Traffic Control Team
Control the flow of traffic from the entrance to the first station.
​
Thursday Night Hospitality Set-Up
Assist with indoor set-up by covering windows, etc.
Casting for Youth 7th-12th Grade
Our youth will have the opportunity to play in the following scenes:
Mary & Angel Annunciation Scene
Mary & Joseph Journey to Bethlehem with Donkeys (must be 16+)
Wisemen with Camels (must be 16+)
Manger Scene at the End

Each scene will have 2 cast groups that will rotate every 30 minutes.
Must be available for costume fitting.
Set-up Opportunites
Luminaries Creation
We light the trail with beautiful luminaries, and we need 400 or more of them to do that. Sign-up to make groups of 40.

Luminaries Set-Up
We have 400 luminaries that will line the trail and we need lots of hands to get them set up quickly.

Lighting Loaners
Willing to let us borrow your work lights or spotlights? Drop them off in the Atrium by the missions wall.

Help us set up spotlights to highlight the beautiful scenes.
