Stepping Stones Play & Learn meets for 33 weeks from September through May and coordinates with the Dexter Community Schools calendar.

What does a typical day at Stepping Stones include?

Student-directed intentional play with themed educational activities that change each week:

• Manipulatives/Table Toys that Develop Fine Motor Skills

• Building Blocks Center

• Sensory Bins and Exploration

• Dramatic Play Center

• Science and Nature Center

• Library Reading Area

• Creative Art Center

Art Project offered daily

Bible and Christian Character Building Stories, Prayer

Snack (provided)

Music and Movement

Gross Motor Skill Activities Indoors and Outdoors on the Playground

 

Our ratio of one teacher to four children enables us to have the time and attention to engage each child, differentiating activities to meet their current developmental needs and help them grow.

What is the cost?

33 weeks of class over 9 months

1 day per week: $103 monthly

2 days per week: $206 monthly

3 days per week: $309 monthly

4 days per week: $412 monthly

Payments due by the 1st of each month

Who can attend?

Any children, ages one to four. Membership or attendance at Huron River Methodist Church is not required.
